What we are eating and what's eating us.Wednesday.
I am still dragging yet today.....it has been a really down week so far. I had hoped it would have passed by now. I will just keep plugging along even though I would rather go to bed and cover my head!!
The weather here stinks....50 degrees this morning...high today 72....we have had these temps all week...UGH!! I so need the heat and sun!!

OLA!! well its another day to scrub carpets here...but bandit IS getting better i do believe...stool is getting some formation to it so that is a good thing scrubbed carpet already this morning and i am now sweating like a pig...i hate being sweaty!!! and i also found out just how expensive it is to use the AC here...OMG!!! so fans it is for us unless the carpets feel like they are wet then and only then will we use the AC!!!
well today i plan on having this...

l. cottage cheese with peaches
d. steak with a salad
s. popcorn maybe or maybe watermelon if i get to the store and buy one...lol
had a moon pie last night and it sure tasted good...not what i planned on eating but it was there so i ate it...its gone now and no more calling my name to eat it....

And Jeannie, I can relate to the way doctors treat us now! I had one years ago that I went to when I was having gall bladder issues,,and he looked at me and said,,"you expect me to be able to find something through all that fat??! I cant even examine you!" I was SOOOO angry! I found another doctor,,who diagnosed my problem right away, and when I told him about that incident he was livid,,said that doctor needs to be reported!
Im going to a new doc tomorrow for blood work and an over all check up. Ive met him though, hes my husbands doc,,and hes really good.
Ive lost some pounds and inches,its showing,,,woohoo!
Heres the plan for today:
B- 2 pieces low carb toast with 2 T PB
coffee w ff sf creamer
L- egg salad on 1 pc low carb toast
S- cheese
D- not sure yet,,maybe salad with grilled chicken on it.
S- PB
And water and tea and coffee,,and all my vitamins!

They almost let me go into liver failure and I did get pancreatitis because the doctor kept saying that I was hurting because of my fat and no other reason. Well, it turned out that my gallbladder had so many stones in it, the ducts were blocked and the stones had blocked stuff up so badly that my pancrease was affected so badly that they had to debrid it from all the gangrene. Yeah, the gall bladder surgery that should have been a couple of day stay ended up being about a four week inside of intensive care and having an NG tube and all of that. The surgeon asked me how long I'd been sick and I said about a year or two and he said, why didn't you go to the doctor and I said I did, he said I was too fat.

Just a quick check in here as I'm trying to get things wrapped up at work.
Yesterday I ate a South Beach protein bar(140 cals, 5g fat, 10g protein), coffee with SF creamer, some chili with cheese, a few small homegrown plums, a few pretzels, a shot of bourbon in lots of water, 2 tacos but only one tortilla, SF pudding, a few cherries, a Tbls peanut butter with SF jelly.

Food yesterday wasn't to bad...nothing great but not bad. I got some protein down and that is the main thing.
B: nothing bu****er and pills
L: chicken with a few onion rings
D: more chicken with some broccoli and some cheese and a few bites of potato
S: nothing
I am not feeling good today at all. I am just so tired and sick to my stomach and cold...so cold and have been all night. I am cold to touch and my hands are so cold...they feel like the fingers could be ice cubes for a tall glass...picture that one if you can! I am glad the nurse is coming today. She is going to be here any time I think.

Mid morning 1.2 bar Medifast crunch bar
Lunch 1 medifast protien shake
1 cracker with a slice of swiss cheese
Mid afternoon Ill have another crunch bar
and for dinner Ill have chicken fajitas cause they make it with veggies and a small salad
then a snack probably medifast.
